Accessibility Statement

Long Range Roofing
longrangeroofing.com
Effective Date: October 23, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 This Accessibility Statement describes the accessibility approach and current status of longrangeroofing.com (the “Site”), operated by Long Range Roofing, an assumed name of a Texas limited liability company (the “Company”). It is incorporated into the Site’s Terms of Use. It applies to the Site and not to other websites the Company may operate, which have their own statements.

1.2 Why We Publish It. We want people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification, captions, or other assistive technology, to be able to read the Site, use its request form, and reach us. This Statement is not an audit report, not an independent certification, and not a warranty of conformance.

2. Our Standard

2.1 Company Standard. We have adopted the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, as our standard for the Site.

2.2 Minimum Floor. WCAG 2.1, Level AA is the minimum level we treat as acceptable. A result below WCAG 2.1, Level AA is not a completed result.

2.3 Our Choice. We use these standards because we believe they are good practice. Using them is not a statement about what any law requires of the Company.

3. Current Status and Testing

3.1 No Conformance Claim. We have not completed a documented conformance evaluation of the Site. We do not claim that the Site or any page fully conforms to any version or level of WCAG. No third party has certified the Site as accessible.

3.2 How We Check. We are working to check the Site against WCAG 2.2, Level AA. Our checks include keyboard only navigation, visible focus, form labels and error messages, color contrast, text resizing and reflow, image alternatives, heading structure, page titles, and checks with a screen reader. We record what we find and fix problems in the Site’s own pages and components.

3.3 No Overlays. We do not use an accessibility overlay, widget, or plug in as a substitute for fixing the Site itself.

3.4 Future Claims. We will not publish a statement that the Site conforms to WCAG unless a completed test log supports it, and we will describe failures and open items when we update this Statement.

4. Known Limitations

4.1 Testing Not Complete. Because testing is not complete, barriers may exist that we have not found. Do not treat the Site as fully conformant to WCAG 2.2 Level AA or WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

4.2 Request Form. The Site includes a request form with several required fields, an address search box that suggests addresses as you type, a multiple choice question, and a required consent checkbox. We are reviewing form labels, instructions, error messages, keyboard use, and the way address suggestions and required fields are announced by screen readers. If you have trouble with the form or the address search, contact us and we will take your request another way.

4.3 Bot Protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. A bot check can be a barrier for some people. If you cannot pass it, contact us and we will take your request another way.

4.4 Texts and Emails. If we text or email you about your request and you need that information in another format, contact us and we will provide it.

4.5 Additional Limitations. None identified yet. We will update this after testing. Testing will include the Your Privacy Choices link and the cookie choices shown to visitors outside Texas.

5. Third Party Content and Tools

5.1 The Site uses tools provided by others, including the request form from GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), address suggestions that Google provides through that form, bot protection from Cloudflare Turnstile, and text message, email, and advertising services. Those providers control their code. We choose settings and alternatives that support accessibility where we can, but we do not warrant that third party tools conform to WCAG. If a barrier is in a third party tool, we will try to give you the underlying information or take your request another way, where we can do so without creating a new security risk.

6. Alternative Access and Effective Communication

6.1 How to Get Help. If you cannot use a page, form, or document, tell us and we will work with you in good faith to provide the information or service in another reasonable way. Examples include sending the text of a page by email, taking your request information by email, sending a document in a different format, or completing a form with you.

6.2 What to Include. Please give the page address, what you need or what you could not do, and how to reach you. If you use a screen reader, keyboard only access, captions, or other technology, you may say so. You do not have to disclose a diagnosis. If you choose to, we will use it only to respond to your request and not for marketing or any inference about your health.

6.3 No Conditions. We will not require you to create an account, to accept arbitration, or to waive a right in order to receive an alternative format.

6.4 Limits. We are not required to create information we do not have, to change a third party’s content, or to provide a particular brand of assistive technology. If we conclude that a request would fundamentally alter our service or impose an undue burden, we will say so in general terms and discuss an alternative we can provide.

7. How to Report a Barrier

7.1 Email info@longrangeroofing.com. We aim to acknowledge your message within fourteen (14) business days and will tell you if we need more time. We log the page, the barrier described, and our response to help us decide what to fix first. The log is not a conformance audit and does not mean unreported pages conform.

8. Fixing Problems

8.1 We record reported barriers and fix them as we are able. We have not adopted a completion date for every known item, and publishing this Statement is not a promise of a date. If we adopt a date, we will add it here. We review this Statement when we make material changes to the Site and at least once a year.

9. Legal Framework

9.1 Private Business Website. The Site is a private business website. Rules that apply to state and local government websites do not apply to it. The United States Department of Justice rule that sets WCAG 2.1, Level AA for web content of state and local governments under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and its compliance deadlines, does not apply to the Site. Texas Government Code Chapter 2054, which applies to state agencies and institutions of higher education, does not apply to the Site.

9.2 Other Laws. Other laws, including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 12181 and following, may apply to some of the Company’s activities. This Statement is not an admission that any law applies to a particular page or activity, is not an admission of liability, and does not waive any defense.

10. Relationship to the Terms; No Warranty

10.1 To the fullest extent the law allows, the Company does not warrant that the Site is accessible, error free, or compatible with every assistive technology. Disputes about this Statement are subject to the Terms of Use, including individual arbitration, the class action waiver, governing law, and venue, except to the extent a law that cannot be waived requires a different forum. Nothing in this Statement creates a warranty or a private right of action that a law does not independently provide.

11. Privacy of Requests

11.1 We use the information in an accessibility request to respond to you and to log and fix the barrier, as the Privacy Policy describes. We do not use it for marketing.

12. Updates and Contact

12.1 We may update this Statement by posting a new version with a new Effective Date. Contact: info@longrangeroofing.com.
